Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing program covers all aspects of your workout routine from strength training and flexibility to aerobic and anaerobic drills that help with your endurance and “explosiveness” in other areas of your fitness regimen, all while learning an effective self-defense that is becoming one of the fastest growing sports in the US today. The classes will take from how to properly wrap your hands to how to hold the equipment in order to safely participate in the class, to drills, combinations and footwork. Live sparring will be done only once the students feel comfortable with their skills and they can safely and comfortably test their skills with a resisting partner.

At our gym, you will be taught by Professional Kickboxing and Boxing instructors, who will give you all the tools needed to learn these great sports. On average you will burn between 700-800 calories per hour session!
