The sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is complex, our intro program helps break down all the essential concepts of the sport making it much easier to pick up for anybody. The class begins with a pre-workout involving many body weight exercises helping everyone get in great shape FAST! The workout is followed by detailed instruction in wrestling, judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as they are all relevant to master the sport. The class ends with positional training which helps students focus on the lesson of the week and get a feel for live training. This program includes full access to our on site gym and workout area.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to submit the other person.

MUAY THAI KICKBOXING
A martial art and sport of attack and defense, in which competitors wear boxing gloves and throw punches as in boxing and kick with their bare feet as in karate also includes punches, blocks, and evasive maneuvers. In addition, depending on the style, kickboxing may also involve knee strikes, elbow strikes, clinching, headbutting, and even take downs or throws.
